Our Story

Pastelpup began the way most good things do — with a dog, a bit of love, and the feeling that pets deserve better. We're a small team of dog lovers here in the UK who kept looking at what was on the shelves and thinking, surely this could be kinder, comfier and more thoughtfully made. So we set out to make it ourselves.

Why we started

Our pets give us their whole hearts, and they ask for so little in return. A warm place to curl up. Something safe to chew. A little comfort on a hot day or a long journey. We wanted to design pet products with all of that in mind — the everyday moments that make a tail wag and a home feel complete.

What we care about

Quality that lasts. We choose materials and finishes that stand up to real life, real walks and real muddy paws.
Safety first, always. If we wouldn't give it to our own dogs, it never reaches yours.
Genuine comfort. Everything we make is designed around how pets actually rest, play and settle.
Service with heart. Behind every order is a person who loves their pet as much as you love yours, and we treat you that way.

Our mission

It's a simple one: happier, more comfortable pets, and calmer, easier days for the humans who adore them. Every product we design is a small promise kept to the animals who share our lives.

Giving back

Not every dog has found their sofa yet. We believe in doing our bit for the rescues and shelters working tirelessly to change that, and giving back to animals in need will always be part of who we are.
