Our 30-day promise
If you or your pet are not completely happy with your purchase, simply get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right, with a refund or a replacement. No fuss, no jumping through hoops.

How to make a claim
Claiming could not be easier:
- Email us at support@pastelpupco.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a quick note about what went wrong or why it did not suit your pet.
- Add a photo if something arrived damaged or faulty, it helps us sort things out even faster.
We will reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and guide you through the simple next steps, whether that is a refund or a replacement.
